Mark
LePage, Barycki
and Judnick Win WSA Titles
Superior, Wisconsin
~ Led by Team AMSOIL and Justin Tate's fifth place
Pro Open and seventh place Pro Stock overall finishes,
AMSOIL supported snocross drivers ended the 2002-2003
World Snowmobile Association season with championships
and spectacular seasons.
Matt Judnick capped
his year winning the Semi-Pro Open event at the
Nielsen Enterprises Grand Finale in Lake Geneva,
Wisconsin. Consistent top finishes helped Judnick
win the WSA Semi-Pro Stock title and finish second
overall in Semi-Pro Open. Pete Hammer and Chris
Sundbom finished eighth and ninth in Semi-Pro
Stock at Lake Geneva.
Of 177 Semi-Pro racers,
Hammer, Colin Chaschuk and Dusty McMillen finished
in the top 20 overall of Semi-Pro Stock. Billy
Waldoch, Matt Kern, Chaschuck, Hammer and McMillen
all finished in the top 20 percent of all Semi-Pro
Open drivers. Bobby Barycki won the WSA Semi-Pro
Fan event at Lake Geneva and with it took home
the overall WSA title. Chris Hammer finished sixth
overall.
Bobby LePage won
the Sport Stock event at the season finale and
took home the overall Sport Stock title, too.
He was fourth in the Sport Open event. Eric Schoo
ended the weekend sixth in Sport Stock and ninth
in Sport Open events.
Jennifer Blauw was
seventh at Lake Geneva and seventh overall in
the Pro Women ranks.
