BMK-16 installed on a 2000 Ford F250 Superduty Powerstroke 4x4 Crewcab

I installed the BMK-16 Bypass, the 90° fittings (BK-11), oil sample petcock (BK-13) and 5 extra feet of hose (BP-217).

I installed this bypass just slightly off of my transfer case. I cut the hoses at 57 inches. In the pictures you will notice the bracket that I made out of scrap aluminum, so that I could bolt the bypass to the inside of the frame. I also cut out a section so that the wiring and lines already attached to the frame were not disturbed. I used 4 one inch 5/16 bolts with washers to attach my bracket to the truck.

I am very happy with the installation. As you can see in the pictures the oil filters do no extend below the skid plate protecting the transfer case.
