AMSOIL BMK11 with By-Pass Filter BE100

This by-pass system is mounted on a 7 1/2" X 4" x 3/8" thick piece of flat plate steel. (Photo 1)

The mounting plate is mounted using two existing holes on the right side frame rail just foreword of the transmission support cross member.(Photo 2) (Photo 3). This keeps the filter element higher then the bottom of the frame.

The hoses are routed over the right rear side of the engine down to the bypass mount. There is adequate clearance for the hoses at this location.

The installation was relatively simple.

Note: I used self locking nuts on all bolts for security. Fitting needed: 2-1/8 M.P.T. X 1/4 JIC straight fitting
