Brady Smith to Pilot a Bloomquist Car in 2007!

Solon Springs, Wis. ~ Dirt Late Model driver Brady Smith, of Solon Springs, Wisconsin, would like to announce today that he will be fielding Bloomquist Race Cars during the upcoming 2007 racing season. Bloomquist Race Cars is owned by Dirt Late Model Hall of Famer and innovator Scott Bloomquist and are built in his Mooresburg, Tennessee shop. Brady will join such drivers as Chris Madden, Jimmy Owens, and Bloomquist himself in piloting Bloomquist cars next year.

“It is a tremendous opportunity to work with Scott (Bloomquist) and I am very excited about 2007,” commented Brady today via telephone. “He is an innovator in the sport of Dirt Late Model racing and he has won just about everything there is to win on dirt. To be able to work directly with Scott is just something I could not pass up. In years past, I have driven MasterSbilt Race Cars from Mars Racing. I had success in those cars and think the world of the Mars brothers and everyone at MasterSbilt, but I see the opportunity to work with Scott as a chance in a lifetime deal.”

The Brady Smith Racing team is set to debut their new AMSOIL / Big Red Motorsports #2 Bloomquist / Pro Power Monte Carlo sometime in March. Brady will behind the wheel of his MasterSbilt car at the ultra-fast Golden Isles Speedway in Brunswick, Georgia on February 2-3 to kick off the 2007 racing season. Brady will then travel to the East Bay Raceway Park in Gibsonton, Florida on February 5-10 for the 31st Annual ‘Winternationals.’ His busy Speedweeks 2007 schedule will conclude on February 12-17 at the Volusia Speedway Park in Barberville, Florida.
