Metric Revolution

The AMSOIL-sponsored Metric Revolution Motorcycle Build Off is a reality series featuring the nation's top custom motorcycle builders as they transform stock metric import motorcycles into show-stopping engineering marvels. The Metric Revolution begins airing on ESPN2 on Saturday, March 31 at 11 a.m. EST and will re-air on Wednesday, April 4 at 8 p.m. EST. The schedule will continue for 12 weeks on each of those days.

What is the Metric Revolution Summer Tour?
At Biketoberfest in October 2005 a group called Multi Media & Production, Inc. assembled 22 teams of motorcycle builders to compete in a year long biker build-off. The unique feature of this event was its focus on import motorcycles known as Metric bikes, produced by manufacturers like Honda, Yamaha, Suzuki, etc. The footage produced would be incorporated into the Metric Revolution Television Series. This past summer, in a move designed to obtain widespread visibility and to create footage for upcoming shows, the Metric Revolution TV Tour crisscrossed the country with whistle stops in more than 60 cities and numerous biker events. Beginning in Miami with stops in the home towns of all 22 competing builder teams, culminating in Biketoberfest and the new TV series. The Metric Revolution is now on the air.
