NEWS Champaign, IL - February 10 - Doug started out with a great wheelie in the wheelie contest in TailGator Saturday night. His freestyle ended in frustration, as he realized that something had broken in the front end. Due to the breakage, the truck wasn't hooking up on the slick floor and TailGator lost in the first round of racing against Rammunition. On another note, Dale Gerding (crew chief for the Big Dawg/TailGator team) drove Andy Hoffman's Nightmare this weekend. This was his first time in Nightmare and the first time driving indoors. He did an awesome job!March - 2007 Sioux City, IA - February 16 & 17 - TailGator started off Friday night's show by winning the wheelie contest over Raminator. Doug defeated Lil Miss Dangerous in round one, only to fall to Rammunition in the semi-finals. Saturday afternoon, TailGator was fast qualifier, giving him a bye run in the first round. He then was defeated by Rammunition in round two. Saturday night, TailGator took the win in the wheelie contest again over Raminator. Doug took the win over Lil Miss Dangerous in round one, Rammunition in round two, and beat Raminator in the final round, but the officials disqualified TailGator, stating that he left before the light was green. Waco, TX - February 23 & 24 - We thoroughly enjoyed the warm temperatures in TX over the weekend, a little windy, but much warmer than we have been experiencing this winter. TailGator made it to the finals on Friday night, but lost to Devin Jones in Barbarian. Saturday night, Doug took the win in the racing bracket, with a win over Steven Hill in Monkey 'N Around. TailGator also took the freestyle win to finish out the evening. Thanks to John Darnell and the MAP Motorsports crew for a great weekend. We will Be in Battle Creek, MI and Columbus, OH in March.

NEWS Colorado Springs, CO - January 12 & 13 - Friday night, round one, War Wagon defeated TailGator; Rammunition beat Lil Miss Dangerous. The semi-finals, War Wagon took out Rammunition; Raminator (fast qualifier) beat TailGator (fast loser). Raminator takes the victory over War Wagon in the finals. Saturday afternoon, Doug won his first freestyle victory in TailGator. Saturday afternoon's racing bracket saw TailGator beat War Wagon; Rammunition defeat Lil Miss Dangerous in the first round. Round two, Rammunition defeated TailGator; Raminator (fast qualifier) beat Lil Miss Dangerous (fast loser). Raminator defeated Rammunition in the final round. Saturday evening, TailGator beat Lil Miss Dangerous; Rammunition defeated War Wagon in round one. The semi-finals, TailGator won over Rammunition, but was called for red lighting; Raminator (fast qualifier) beat War Wagon (fast loser). Raminator won the final race of the weekend over Rammunition. Cleveland, OH - January 20 - Saturday afternoon, TailGator was fast qualifier and received a bye run in the first round. Bigfoot defeated Lil Miss Dangerous; War Wagon beat Rammunition. Round two, Bigfoot defeated War Wagon; TailGator (fast qualifier) wins over Lil Miss Dangerous (fast loser). TailGator wins in the finals over Bigfoot. Saturday night, Doug stood the truck straight up in the wheelie contest and started walking it across the cars, until he was tripped up by a station wagon, causing him to pirouette sideways. He stayed in the throttle and made an incredible save, giving him the win hands-down in the wheelie contest. He continued the big air and also took the win in freestyle. The racing bracket saw Raminator take out TailGator; Bigfoot beat War Wagon; and Rammunition defeat Lil Miss Dangerous in round one. Round two, Bigfoot took the win over Raminator; TailGator (fast loser) defeated Rammunition. The final round would be a repeat of the afternoon show, with Bigfoot vs. TailGator, with Bigfoot taking the win this time. Madison, WI - January 26, 27 & 28 - Friday night, first round, TailGator defeated Lil Miss Dangerous; Rammunition beat War Wagon; Raminator defeated Bad Habit. TailGator broke the sway bar link tab off of the housing and was unable to compete in the next round. Lil Miss Dangerous came back in his place and beat Rammunition; Raminator defeated War Wagon (fast loser) in the semi-finals. Raminator took the win over Lil Miss Dangerous in the final round. Saturday night, TailGator started off the night by winning the freestyle competition. In racing, TailGator defeated Bad Habit; Lil Miss Dangerous beat Rammunition in round one. Round two, TailGator red-lit (Doug's foot slipped off the brake), sending Lil Miss Dangerous on to the finals. Raminator also beat Rammunition in the semi-final round. Raminator took the victory over Lil Miss Dangerous in the finals. Sunday afternoon, the first round saw Raminator defeat War Wagon; Rammunition take out TailGator; and Lila Miss Dangerous defeat Bad Habit. Round two, Ruminator over Ammunition and Tail Gator (fast loser) over Lila Miss Dangerous. Ruminator took the win over Tail Gator in a photo finish, with Ruminator rolling the truck after the finish line. We will also be in Champaign, IL; Sioux City, IA and Wa co, TX in the month of February.

NEWS Wow! After having the last three months without any shows, we were both nervous and excited for the new year. Nervous about getting to the show and forgetting something, excited to see the fan reaction to the new TailGator body. The response was more than we had hoped for, leaving us frantically calling merchandise vendors Monday morning in order to get more product for this weekend. We hope everyone had a happy holiday. It was great to see some of you at PRI. Construction of the new chassis is still under-way. We had intended to get the new chassis finished to start the 2007 season, but ran into a few "snags" along the way. With our schedule, we hope to have it finished sometime this summer. Huntington, WV - January 5 & 6 - The year started out with a new venue for the Monster Nationals Tour at the Big Sandy Superstore Arena in Huntington, WV. This was our first "official show" with the TailGator (we previously did two Eve of Destructions), and the response was phenomenal. Friday night TailGator beat Rammunition and War Wagon defeated Lil Miss Dangerous in round one. The semi-finals saw TailGator defeat War Wagon and Raminator (fast qualifier) beat Lil Miss Dangerous (fast loser). The final round came down to TailGator vs. Raminator with Mark Hall in Raminator taking the win. Saturday night's racing bracket started out with TailGator defeating Lil Miss Dangerous and Rammunition taking out War Wagon. TailGator beat Rammunition and Raminator (fast qualifier) defeated War Wagon (fast loser) in the semi-final round. TailGator and Raminator faced off in the finals for the second time of the weekend, this time with Doug in TailGator coming out on top with the victory. NEWS Rockford, IL - September 9 - Big Dawg took to the track at Rockford Speedway's Night of Thrills. Doug brought the huge crowd to their feet with his tailgate-dragging slap-wheelies, wild donuts and high-flying, car-crushing sky wheelies. Zanesville, OH - September 15 & 16 - Zanesville, OH would be the first appearance for Big Dawg in the Monsters of Destruction series. Doug started off Friday night by defeating Rick Long in Bigfoot in round one, Rick Swanson in Obsession in round two and Dan Patrick in Samson in the final round of straight line racing, giving Big Dawg the win in his first ever MOD race! The obstacle course race, Big Dawg once again defeated Bigfoot, only to go on to red light in the second round. Saturday night was a repeat for Big Dawg in the straight line racing bracket. Doug defeated Bigfoot, Public Disturbance and Obsession to sweep the straight line racing for the weekend. The obstacle course looked good to start, with Doug defeating Bigfoot again to advance to round two. However, Doug over-corrected coming out of the corner, giving Obsession the win. Thanks to Chris Kingston and crew for an awesome weekend of racing. Monster Moose and Virginia Giant were also present. Indianapolis, IN - September 22, 23 & 24 - Rain on Thursday night, Friday and Saturday would limit racing at the 4-Wheel Jamboree Nationals in Indianapolis. Friday night and Saturday afternoon's show were freestyle only. Big Dawg and Dan Runte in Bigfoot freestyled simultaneously at both shows, giving the crowd an awesome show full of big air and slap-wheelies. Saturday evening's show was canceled due to severe storms that were heading to the area. Sunday was the only day of racing for the weekend. Doug defeated Alan Pezo in Predator in the first round. During the second round race against Geremie Dishman in Rammunition, Doug lost third gear in the transmission, giving Rammunition the win. Doug was still able to freestyle without third gear, giving the crowd a few slap-wheelies, even though the track was sloppy. Prowler, Avenger, Metallic Mayhem, Eradicator, Raminator and Nitemare rounded out the line-up. Lebanon, MO - September 30 - Big Dawg went out and won the wheelie contest to start off the afternoon show. After advancing to the final round, the transmission went out (the one that was just replaced earlier that week) taking Big Dawg out for the rest of the show. The transmission was replaced between shows and Big Dawg came out to take the second win of the day in the wheelie contest during the evening show. Doug advanced to the finals, but was defeated by Scott Hartsock in Gunslinger by a narrow margin. Doug came out fired-up for freestyle. He had big air off the car stacks, an awesome hit off the bus stack, whipping donuts and a few slap-wheelies to round out his freestyle. Bigfoot and Monkey 'n Around were also in attendance. NEWS Chicago Heights, IL - August 6 - Dale Gerding took the Big Dawg to the Ford Stamping Plant in Chicago Heights, IL for their 50th Anniversary celebration. Over 5000 people were in attendance for the two car crushes. Special thanks to Roxanne Couey and staff for the hospitality shown to Dale and his family. Bolivar, MO - August 11 & 12 - Doug ran the Bigfoot 30th Anniversary body at Bolivar Speedway. Friday night, the trucks went out for freestyle during intermission of the dirt track races. Saturday night, Doug won the straight-line racing, but was taken out in the semi-finals of the Chicago style bracket. Doug won the freestyle competition in the big blue Ford, with some big air off the stacks, mud-flying donuts and an awesome slap-wheelie. Washington, MO - August 19 - Big Dawg, Bigfoot (driven by Dan Runte) and Bad News took to the track at the Washington Fairgrounds. The first event was a wheelie contest. Bigfoot laid down a great slap-wheelie, but it was Doug who took the win with a couple of great sky wheelies, walking the truck all the way across the cars. This year saw a Chicago style track for the monsters. Bigfoot took the top qualifying spot, giving him the bye run. Big Dawg defeated Bad News in the first round, but lost to Bigfoot in the final round. Freestyle completed the night. Big Dawg and Bigfoot tore up the track at the same time, much to the liking of the crowd. In the end, it was Big Dawg taking home the freestyle win by the crowd vote. Elko, MN - August 26 - TailGator made its second appearance at the Eve of Destruction at Elko Speedway. Doug and Andy Hoffman in Nitemare tore up the track with two freestyle performances. During the month of September, Big Dawg will appear in Rockford, IL; Zanesville, OH; Indianapolis, IN; and Lebanon, MO.

NEWS Elko, MN - July 1 - Big Dawg and Devastator took to the track for some car crushing action Saturday night. Doug had some awesome sky-wheelies over the cars during the first run. The second time out, he showed the crowd some early fireworks when he drug the wheelie bar across the asphalt during a straight up-and-down slap wheelie, sending sparks flying for at least ten feet behind him. He finished with some smoke-rolling donuts. Ste. Genevieve, MO - July 7 - Big Dawg performed two freestyle exhibitions during the truck pull at the Ste. Genevieve Fair. Elko, MN - July 8 - Elko Speedway hosted its first ever monster truck show. Big Dawg, Nitemare, Lil' Miss Dangerous, Rolling Thunder and Monster Rat (owned by Andy Hoffman, driven by our own Dale Gerding) were on hand for the action. Doug took the win in the wheelie contest. He lost to Nitemare in the semi-finals of racing. Mansfield, OH - July 14 & 15 - Friday night's race was canceled due to inclement weather. It was decided to have two shows on Saturday. Saturday afternoon, Doug was defeated by Sudden Impact in the semi-finals. Big Dawg did take the win in freestyle. Saturday night, Doug defeated T-Maxx in the final round of racing. He came in a close second in the freestyle competition. Hillsboro, MO - July 21 - Big Dawg and Bigfoot (driven by Keith Sturgeon) took to the track at intermission of the truck pulls at the Jefferson County Fair. During the month of August, Big Dawg will appear in Chicago Heights, IL and Washington, MO. We will run a Bigfoot body in Boliver, MO and TailGator will make its second appearance in Elko, MN.

NEWS Winona, MN - June 23 & 24 - Big Dawg tore up the cars at three ground-pounding car crushes over the two days. Special thanks to Mike Pues and the entire staff at Sugarloaf Ford for the kind hospitality during our visit. After a couple of weekends off last month, this month will be very busy. We were in Elko, MN last weekend. We will be in St. Genevieve, MO & Elko, MN (both in the same weekend); Mansfield, OH; and Hillsboro, MO in the month of July. MONSTER TRUCK RACING
NEWS Bloomington, IL - May 6 - Saturday afternoon, Big Dawg started off the show by winning the wheelie contest. After a strong freestyle, the transmission went out during Doug's qualifying pass, knocking him out of the racing bracket. The transmission was replaced between shows. It was definitely working well for the evening show. Doug went out for the wheelie contest, stood it straight up and walked it all the way across the cars, giving him the second win in the wheelie contest of the day. Doug also won the freestyle competition. During qualifying, Doug came out on top with the fastest time, giving him a bye in the first round. The second round, he lost to Devastator in a very close race. Fenton, MO - May 12 - The Big Dawg was on display at Vinyl Images in Fenton, MO for their open house. Our new creation, "TailGator", was unveiled later in the evening. The custom vinyl wrap was designed, printed and installed by Vinyl Images www.vinylimagesinc.com. TailGator is a SuperDuty body with a modified front clip. The name developed from Doug's tailgate dragging slap-wheelies and our enjoyment of tailgating before St. Louis Rams football games. Doug performed some awesome slap-wheelies. Big Dawg worked his way to the finals on both shows on Saturday. He defeated Metallic Mayhem in the finals of the first show, but was edged out by Predator in the final round of the second show. Sunday afternoon, Doug lost to Predator in the first round, when the truck spent too much time in the air over the first roller. Doug brought the crowd to their feet with some tailgate dragging slap wheelies during freestyle. Elko, MN - May 26 - TailGator made its debut during Elko Speedway's Eve of Destruction. Doug and Mark Schroeder of Devastator tore up the track during a car crush and freestyle. Doug showed the crowd the meaning behind TailGator as he drug the tailgate in some great slap-wheelies, smoking donuts, and high-flying sky-wheelies. This month we will enjoy a couple of well-needed weekends off. We will be in Winona, MN for a car crush at the end of the month.

NEWS Columbus, OH - April 1, 2006 - Round one, Big Dawg defeated Mark Schroeder in Devastator; Andy Hoffman in Nitemare defeated Jocelyn Perrin in Lil' Miss Dangerous. Round two, Big Dawg beat Lil' Miss Dangerous (Nitemare slashed the side of the tire in the first round, and was unable to come back); Dale Benear in Rammunition (fast qualifier) beat Devastator (fast loser). Rammunition took the win over Big Dawg in the finals. Big Dawg and Raminator are now tied for the Monster Nationals Racing championship. Columbus, NE - April 8, 2006 - Big Dawg was on display for the second year at the "Big Boy Toy Show." Doug also crushed some cars on Saturday afternoon. Elko, MN - April 22, 2006 - Big Dawg took to the track with Jim Benzick in Rolling Thunder for Elko's first Eve of Destruction of the season. Erie, PA - April 29, 2006 - Doug started out Saturday afternoon's show by winning the wheelie contest. Doug's qualifying time placed him second in the racing bracket, behind Raminator. Big Dawg defeated Lil' Miss Dangerous in the first round; Rammunition beat Nitemare. Round two, Big Dawg took out Rammunition and Raminator (fast qualifier) defeated Lil' Miss Dangerous (fast loser). NEWS East Lansing, MI - February 4 - The racing started out with Big Dawg making a bad qualifying pass, putting him at the back of the pack as slow qualifier. Doug beat Dale Benear in Rammunition in round one and Andy Hoffman beat Jocelyn Perrin in Lil' Miss Dangerous. Round two, Big Dawg beat Nitemare and Raminator (fast qualifier) beat Rammunition (fast loser). Big Dawg defeated Raminator in a very close race in the finals. Champaign, IL - February 11 - The evening started out with the presentation of two awards. Jason Twite, from the WMTRL (World Monster Truck Racing League) presented Doug with an 8th place plaque and Mark Hall with 4th place. The WMTRL combines results from all of the shows to put together a world point series, based on their point system. This system rates around 130 drivers based on their performance. The show started off with Doug winning the freestyle competition in the U of I Assembly Hall, the smallest building we compete in. Round two, Big Dawg took out Rammunition; and Raminator (fast qualifier) beat Lil' Miss Dangerous (fast loser). In the finals, Raminator defeated Big Dawg in a photo finish. Big Dawg takes the win! Saturday night, Doug won the donut contest over Rammunition. The first round of racing, Raminator beat Big Dawg, but broke upon landing after he sent the truck to the moon. Big Dawg beats Little Miss Dangerous in the finals and takes his second win of the day! Madison, WI - January 27, 28 & 29 - Big Dawg leads Monster Nationals points series after first three weekends!! Friday night, round one of racing saw Big Dawg defeat Jocelyn Perrin in Lil' Miss Dangerous and Dale Benear in Rammunition beat Andy Hoffman in Nitemare. Rammunition took out Big Dawg in the semi-finals and Mark Hall in Raminator (fast qualifier) beat Nitemare (fast loser). Raminator beat his teammate, Rammunition in the finals. Big Dawg started off the Saturday night's show with an awesome wheelie that walked all the way across the cars and onto the floor on the other side, giving him the win in the wheelie contest over Rammunition. Doug had the fastest time in qualifying, giving him a bye run in the first round. Round one, Raminator beat Nitemare and Rammunition defeated Lil' Miss Dangerous. Round two, Raminator came out on top against Rammunition and Big Dawg beat Lil' Miss Dangerous (fast loser). Big Dawg takes the win over Raminator in the finals! Sunday afternoon, Big Dawg beat Nitemare in the first round and Raminator defeated Lil' Miss Dangerous. Round two, Big Dawg beat Lil' Miss Dangerous (Raminator broke after first race pass) and Rammunition came out on top over Nitemare (fast loser). The finals saw a very close race in which the officials called Rammunition the winner over Big Dawg.

Doug was nominated for "Driver of the Year" and Dale was nominated for "Sportsman of the Year." A special congrats to Andy Hoffman who won "Most Improved Team" and "Sportsman of the Year." Also, congratulations to the Hall Brothers for taking home "Truck of the Year" with Raminator and Mark receiving "Driver of the Year." Well, it's that time of year again when we hit the road. We are heading to Colorado Springs, CO this weekend for a Monster Nationals show. Then we head to Cleveland, OH and Madison, WI to finish out the month. Hope to see some of you on the road!!
