AMK-02 Install on a 2001 Chevy Silverado HD 2500 6.0 L

The AMK-02 was mounted on a 2001 Chevy Silverado HD 2500 6.0 L.
The location of this AMS-Oiler installation is ideal. The AMS-Oiler is mounted directly under the passenger side hood corner bracket.
The Chevy bracket that we mounted the AMK-02 to came out with only a few bolts. The AMS-Oiler bracket was mounted to the Chevy bracket and reinstalled under the hood. The only tricky part of the install was finding adapters for the oil sender port. The Chevy oil sender has a metric M16x1.5 male thread with ring seal.
To complete the install we used the following additional fittings not in the kit.
  • 3/8" Pipe Nipple, 5" Long
  • 3/8" Pipe Tee
  • 3/8" to 1/8" Bushing
  • Male M16x1.5 * 3/8" FPT Adapter
  • Ring Seal
  • 3/8" MPT * M16x1.5 Adapter
