AMSOIL is the Exclusive Official Oil of the United States Auto Club (U.S.A.C.). Since 1955, USAC has been at the forefront of American Motorsports. Throughout the years, USAC-sanctioned racing has included Formula One, Stock and Sprint Cars and the famed Indianapolis 500 (1956-1997). The organization also helped launch the Indy Racing League in 1996 and still headquarters across from the famed Indianapolis Speedway in Indianapolis, Ind.
USAC currently sanctions or operates seven high-profile, professional racing divisions, including four major open-wheeled sprint car series, the Traxxas TORC Off-Road Series presented by AMSOIL, Pike’s Peak Hillclimb and the Red Bull Moto GP, the only motorcycle GP race held in the United States.
AMSOIL also holds the distinction of title sponsor to the premier USAC series, the AMSOIL Sprint Car National Championships. The open-wheel sprint car series hosts more than 200 national and regional races coast-to-coast each year, including the AMSOIL Indiana and Pennsylvania Speed Weeks each summer.
USAC is also a record setting company, literally. The organization is the official body for recognizing World Land Speed Records at such places as the Bonneville Salt Flats.
