AMSOIL Dealer Bill Duhs from Floral Park, New York and his family have plenty of experience with fast cars. They also know the importance of proper engine lubrication.
      I was introduced to AMSOIL products over ten years ago after searching for a superior lubricant for my big-block powered 1974 Corvette, Duhs said. Duhs son Billy uses AMSOIL products in his Scott Shafiroff powered, 555ci, 940hp Super Comp dragster. Billy works for Scott Shafiroff Racing Engines (S.S.R.E.) in Bohemia, New York, where Scott Shafiroff has been building winning racing engines for over 25 years.
      When (Billys) engine was torn down last winter for routine maintenance, Duhs said, both Scott and the technicians at S.S.R.E. were extremely impressed at the condition of the internal engine components. Even though the engine had made more than 130 drag runs averaging 7,500 rpms, all of the bearings, rings, cylinder walls and moving parts showed very little of the wear that the team expected to see.
Because of results like these, Duhs said, my family will continue to sell and use your fine products for many years to come.
