Drag Racing

When I initially switched to AMSOIL synthetic motor oil, my combination picked up 15 rear wheel horsepower on the chassis dyno. When I sent my engine to be freshened at the end of last season, my engine builder asked if I had really been racing the motor since the internal components looked so clean. The Supershift® transmission fluid most likely saved me from a transmission disaster when I discovered a major front pump clearance problem at the end of the season. The transmission should have come apart but did not despite an oil pan full of metal shavings. AMSOIL lubricants really are great.

I use AMSOIL 20W-50 Synthetic motor oil in my 440 engine, AMSOIL Supershift® transmission fluid in my transmission and AMSOIL synthetic gear lube in my differential. I have never suffered any lubrication related failure while using these excellent products despite the beating they take in a car running consistent 8.8 second quart mile times.
