When Tim Hann Jr. was looking for an edge for his racecars, he needed to look no further than Dad.  Tim Hann, Sr. is an AMSOIL Dealer in Michawaka, Indiana.  The Hann Racing Team counts on AMSOIL products beneath the hood an under the car.  Weekly inspection and cleaning of AMSOIL Air Filters kept dirt and grime out of the motors.  They also use the Series 200 Racing Grease and Gear Lube.  In the engines, the team uses Series 2000 20W-50 Racing Oil.  Testing at 8,000 rpm for 200 laps showed very little wear, according to Hann, Jr.  During a 50-lap feature, Hann blew an engine, but finished the race.  The motor was so hot that it cracked, but never seized.  

"Our engine builder asked what oil brand we were using," says Hann.  "He felt the oil did a fantastic job keeping the motor from being destroyed.  We rate AMSOIL as a big thumbs up."
