Don’t have enough miles to give mpg effect but can absolutely state using Amsoil All in One has resulted in a much smoother running engine. Have also noted the consumption rate for DEF has dropped significantly. That in and of itself helps justify the cost of this additive. We tend to have cold wet winters in rural north Idaho. I don't know what additives are in the fuel at the pump. I run all in one and have had good results. ULSD in this country is alleged to lack lubricity. Emmissions add to the complications and injector pump failure is not unheard of. The fuel system is possibly the most expensive system on the truck to repair/replace. It's easy to order and delivery is lightening fast. I am a satisfied customer.
