This oil out performs the factory synthetic and in my opinion the only choice for modern twin cam air cooled v-twins. I do very regular oil changes and the oil looks the same when draining after 5k as when I put it in.

I switched to AMSOIL a few years back and love it. Alway consistent and never have any problems. The kit is perfect - the right amount of oil, the filter and o ring. I highly recommend AMSOIL.

I've always been a fan of Amsoil. Great products. The heat from my V-twin is no where near as much sitting at long traffic lights with Amsoil as with other oils I've used.

I have used Amsoil in two Harley motorcycles now and will not use any other type of oils in either one. The last service I did was on a 2001 H.D. sportster XL 1200 C. And the bike runs smoothly and cooler, I know this because I have a temperature oil dipstick. My only negative comment is, I wished that the people at Amsoil would have made it clear that they now use the same oil in the transmission and primary as the engine.
