AMSOIL Spring Oil Change Season Kickoff Sweepstakes Official Rules

This AMSOIL Spring Oil Change Season Kickoff Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook. Entrants release Facebook from any responsibility related to this Sweepstakes.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THE SWEEPSTAKES. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Sweepstakes starts on February 19, 2026, at 8:00 a.m. Central Standard Time (“CST”) and ends on February 26, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. CST (“Sweepstakes Period”).
ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and DC who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry (“Contestant”). AMSOIL employees, independent dealers, commercial accounts, retail accounts, and AMSOIL sponsored entities/racers are ineligible for Sweepstakes entry. All federal, state, and local rules and regulations apply. Void where prohibited.
HOW TO ENTER: During the Sweepstakes Period, Contestant will enter by going to https://www.facebook.com/amsoil.inc (“Sponsor Facebook page”), navigate to the Sweepstakes post, and comment on the Sweepstakes post with either: (i) a photo of Contestant’s AMSOIL oil change or (ii) written comment describing their favorite AMSOIL products. Sharing this Sweepstakes on a personal timeline, tagging friends, or otherwise promoting the Sweepstakes is not required for entry. Limit one (1) entry per person, regardless of method of entry.
PROHIBITED / INAPPROPRIATE SUBMISSIONS: Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to remove, disqualify, or refuse any entry that it determines to be inappropriate or non-compliant with these Official Rules. Prohibited submissions include, without limitation, entries that:
- Contain obscene, vulgar, profane, or sexually explicit content;
- Contain content that is offensive, defamatory, harassing, discriminatory, or promotes violence;
- Contain political content or political messaging;
- Display or reference third-party trademarks, logos, brand names, or copyrighted materials without authorization;
- Depict unsafe, unlawful, or dangerous conduct; or
- Violate any applicable law or the rights of any third party.
Sponsor’s determination regarding the eligibility and appropriateness of any submission shall be final.
CONTENT LICENSE. By submitting an entry, each Contestant represents and warrants that they own all rights in and to the submitted content and that the content does not infringe the rights of any third party. By entering, Contestant grants Sponsor and its affiliates, successors, assigns, and licensees a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, fully paid, transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, display, and create derivative works from the submitted content, in whole or in part, in any media now known or hereafter developed, for advertising, marketing, promotional, and other lawful business purposes, without further compensation or notice, except where prohibited by law.
ALTERNATIVE METHOD OF ENTRY: To enter without posting content or purchasing a product, send an email to [email protected] with your full name, mailing address, phone number, and date of birth, and include in the subject line “AMSOIL Spring Oil Change Season Kickoff Sweepstakes Entry.” Emails must be received by February 26, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. CST. Limit one (1) entry per person. Email entries will receive one (1) entry into Sweepstakes, equal to any other method of entry.
PRIZES: One (1) grand prize winner (“Winner") will be eligible to receive one (1) AMSOIL Traxxas^® Slash RC Truck valued at $425 USD, one (1) AMSOIL banner valued at $46 USD, and one (1) $300 AMSOIL gift certificate. Three (3) consolation prize winners will receive one (1) $150 AMSOIL gift certificate.
PRIZE FULFILLMENT: The AMSOIL Traxxas Slash RC Truck and AMSOIL banner will ship to Winner by AMSOIL INC. from Superior, Wisconsin within 10 business days of Winner confirmation. The AMSOIL gift certificates will be delivered via email within 10 business days of Winner confirmation.
WINNER SELECTION: Winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor. The random name selection will take place on February 26, 2026, after 1:00 p.m. CST.
WINNER NOTIFICATION: A potential Winner will be notified by Facebook comment and direct message on or about February 26, 2026, after 3:00 p.m. CST. Potential Winners must respond within seventy-two (72) hours to claim their prize or an alternate winner may be selected.
The potential Winner will be required to confirm their name, age at time of entry, legal residence at time of entry, address, phone number, and email address, or the Prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternative winner. If the Prize is returned as undeliverable, or if such Winner is unable to be contacted via direct message, within the applicable time period, Sponsor will have the right, but not the obligation, to select an alternate Winner.
Winner may also be announced on any social media platforms of AMSOIL using Winner’s first name, last name initial, and State of residence. If Sponsor is unable to contact potential winner, or potential winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, such prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor’s discretion, an alternate Winner may be selected.
ODDS OF WINNING: Odds of winning the prize will depend upon the total number of eligible entries received throughout the Sweepstakes Period.
TAXES: If required by applicable law, the potential winner must complete and return an IRS Form W-9 (or other applicable tax documentation) prior to receiving the prize. Sponsor reserves the right to withhold prize fulfillment until all required tax documentation is properly completed and returned. Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC (or other appropriate tax form) for the fair market value of the prize as required by law. All federal, state, and local taxes associated with acceptance or use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
PRIZE CONDITIONS: Winner may not substitute, assign or transfer a prize or redeem a prize for cash. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
GENERAL RELEASE OF LIABILITY: By participating in the Sweepstakes, each Contestant agrees: (a) to abide by these Official Rules and decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects relating to this Sweepstakes; and (b) to release, discharge and hold harmless Sponsor, Administrator, and each of their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, promotion and advertising agencies, and the respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees, agents and representatives of each of the foregoing (collectively, “Released Parties”) from any and all injuries, liability, losses and damages of any kind to persons (including death) or property resulting, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from Contestant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes-related activity or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize.
PUBLICITY RELEASE: By acceptance of a prize, Winner agrees to the use of their name, voice, Entry, and/or likeness for advertising or promotional purposes in any and all media, now or hereafter known, worldwide and on the Internet, and in perpetuity by Sponsor, its affiliates and agencies, without compensation (unless prohibited by law).

All issues and questions concerning the validity, construction, interpretation, performance, and enforcement of the Sweepstakes and these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the Contestant and Sponsor, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Wisconsin, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules, which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than Wisconsin.
