I have almost 50k on the engine and recently had an analysis done after putting 5,900 miles on the oil. It came back saying: Metals are low next to universal averages, and those averages show typical wear for this type of engine after about 5,900 miles on the oil. I’ve run it in all of them with extended drain intervals and never had an oil-related problem. I put this in my newly rebuilt 642 Mercedes Turdo Deisel in a 2011 R350CDI. I do have a question though, my tech recommended making sure this Euro Spec Oil was for engines with a Deisel Particulate Filter system.
