Some might say, “it’s just motor oil,” but I can tell my Ram Power Wagon is running better. I wanted to run a premium oil in this truck. I do a lot of back country off-roading that demands my truck be in tip top shape. My rep, Nathan, is a great ambassador for the company. I received some goodies (funnel, decal, gloves, and oil change sticker) in my shipment and that shows to me that this company is above and beyond what you will find today. You guys gained a loyal customer!

I have been using Amsoil products for decades, and I have never had an oil-related problem with any of my vehicles. But, this time, for the first time, I decided to order the kit, including the filter. Unfortunately, the filter was incorrect for my application, so I went elsewhere to buy the correct one - I was knee-deep into the oil change on a Sunday when I realized the filter was incorrect. I am sure if I inquired on Monday, I would have either received a refund for the filter or been sent the correct one.

My last oil change on my Volkswagen Jetta cost me an arm and a leg. But it was my fault because I asked the service advisor to substitute Liqui-Moly Synthoil instead of the Mobil 1 and/or Pennzoil Euro that the shop typically uses. I was so temporarily obsessed with Liqui-Moly that I even bought a 5 Liter jug of 5W-20 at a local Parts Authority (I could have saved a few dollars if I had bought it on Amazon instead). And I gave my pickup truck a Liqui-Moly oil change at yet another shop that allows customer-provided parts. But this time around and especially with my 6-month AMSOIL discount VIP membership, I choose a more economical way to give my vehicles the same quality oil at a better price point.
