I’ve been using Amsoil fluids on all my vehicles and UTV’s so it was given I would try it on my newly acquired boat. I performed first service on Yamaha VF250 SHO. Boy was I surprised to see the OEM oil absolutely black as coal at 16 hours of use. Now fast forward to 30 hours (14 hours with Amsoil) and the oil is golden tan! I know that color doesn’t matter when it comes to protection (what the labs say!) however color does depict dirt and stability. Amsoil has proven once again that their products do what they say, protect your investment! Will be using the Amsoil marine products as long as I own a boat.

Outstanding product part of a 18 item purchase including (2) gallon jugs. Shipping box used was horrible. Large box split along (2) of the long seams. Amsoil use a heavier than 32 lb crush box next time.

Have owned my boat with Honda BF90 outboard since 2004. Every year I change the main oil and gear lube with AMSOIL. Have not had any mechanical issues ever and the engine has been in the shop only three times in twenty-one years for tune-ups. Only use AMSOIL products in everthing I own.

Great oil and great for protection especially for my wave runner that runs at high RPMs all day.

I've been running AMSOIL 10-40 marine engine oil in my Honda Aquatrax 1200 turbo's for over 10 years now. This stuff comes out looking so good that a mechanic buddy of mine will re-use it in some of his old beater cars... it hasn't failed him or me ever!

My Mercury 25 hp four stroke has a strict diet! And AMSOIL is what it craves!

Mercury outboard oils are a blend which I do not like. Prefer 100% synthetic for my engines.

I HAVE CHANGED ALL OF MY FLUIDS OVER TO AMSOIL. THE BOAT ENGINE SEEMS TO FIRE UP QUICKER AND RUN MORE SMOOTHLY WITH THE AMSOIL MARINE 10-40. MANY FELLOW BIG MOTOR PEOPLE I KNOW STILL USE 20-50 OR STRAIGHT 50 IN THE HEAT ON LAKE MOHAVE AND HAVASU, BUT I HAVE FOUND IM STILL CONSISTENTLY AT 50 PSI OIL PRESSURE AT OPERATING TEMP AND AM HAPPY WITH THAT

Excellent oil characteristics that prolong engine life during hot summer months and cold winter storage. love this oil.

I have run this oil in my 4 stroke Suzuki DF50 outboard since I took the break in oil out. This motor gets run HARD either running wide open up the Missouri River or idling for long periods in no wake areas and this oil shows no signs of giving up between 100hr service intervals. The inside of this motor is spotless and I don’t worry about corrosion even during longer term storage.

My Yamaha F115 outboard runs smoothly and efficiently. Been using this oil for the last 5 years, highly recommended!
