I have only ran amsoil 15-40 & 5-40 in my 2014 ram 3500 since I bought it new in 2014. All the products amsoil makes are top notch why not spend the extra money on proven tested oil in your rig not only does it last longer then most oils it out performs them as well.

Switched from 15W-40 to 5W-40 and has quieted the truck down quite a bit. Still changing it every 5,000 miles.

First time putting this in one of our fleet. The reefer and truck engines are quieter and performing way better. You may think I'm crazy but I had a wrench on the dash for 6 months. My driver took the truck to the mountains for a delivery he said the check engine light went off and was running great. I'm not telling you that this oil will turn you wrench off in your truck if you use it. I'm saying mine went off after I switched oils. But I highly recommend.

If you use Rotella 15w-40, your oil turns deep black in the first 500 miles. If you use AMSOIL 15w-40, I am still waiting for oil breakdown. So far, 1500 miles. The oil looks like the same oil as I put in at 424k mile oil change interval. Rotella probably isn’t what you have been told. If you want a PSD 7.3L to work the way it was designed, use better oil. Try AMSOIL. It is the best.

I use Amsoil in all of my vehicles, equipment and side x side. I swear by it. It costs just a little more but it is a superior oil.

Oil works great used it in my truck since new with no lifter issues or bearing issues factory uses 0-20w I run 5w-30 and no issues

I am impressed with this oil i put this in my 2021 jeep gladiator diesel it runs good cold starts better it will be the only oil I use from now on.
