I run this oil in my Mini Cooper S which tends to burn oil. This is the heaviest oil recommended by Mini and it seems to slow the rate. Our hot Atlanta summers, often 100-105 degrees on the highway, still burn more than usual. It has also been recommended by my manual that the oil be changed at 5000 rather than the 10,000 Mini calls for. I bought this car with 53,000 miles so their may be some prior wear that is causing my oil burning problem.

Nice quality oil

If you have a European vehicle, you know how difficult it is to locate and purchase the specific oil your vehicle requires. Highly recommend Amsoil products. Harley Davison performed an independent study comparing many commonly know synthetic oil, including their own. The findings were unanimous… Amsoil was and is a far superior oil to all other commonly known commercially available oils.

I have been using this product for a few years. When we bought our '18 VW Tiguan, Amsoil wasn't producing VW508.00 spec oil. I used Castrol for a three oil changes until Amsoil introduced their oil. I do the oil changes on our '12 Tiguan and '96 Dodge 2500 Cummins. All our vehicles use Amsoil lubricants exclusively. It works because it is best.

I utilized amsoil for my VW Passat SEL, Z06 Corvette, lawnmower, wood splitter! Best engine oil I have ever utilized!

This is the second time I have used this motor oil in our 2013 Volvo XC90. I have been using it for extended oil changes, i.e. 12+ months. Oil analysis shows that it is doing such a good job that the oil change could be stretched to 14 months. The engine runs great with this motor oil and I will continue to use it in the future.

Amsoil was the perfect oil for my 2020 Ecodiesel. Being a resident of WI, and doing my own maintenance..I can get the right oil at the right price to my doorstep in a snap!

Since I’m using AMSOIL products especially AMSOIL engine oil my car is behaving way better than before, less temperature and better acceleration response, and incredible engine noise

I bought a 2003 BMW 330I years ago and had no idea there was a special European motor oil available. Luckily here at Amsoil they make it extremely easy to choose the correct fluids and filters for all my vehicles. I exclusively use Amsoil only in all my vehicles and I’m always impressed with the results. Second to none in my opinion.

Dealer wanted too much for oil change, this amsoil matches eco diesel specs.

BMW's are notorious for burning oil. I put the European 5W-40 in my 2013 BMW X5M. I have driven about 1000 miles since the oil change and the setting that measures the oil still says FULL, so far so good!!!!!!!!!

I have had good luck with this oil. Other oils will sometimes throw check engine light. Amsoil all the way

Because I maintain several motorcycles and one car I appreciate the bulk delivery of Amsoil products to my door. I also like that the oil formulation is targeted for different applications.

Been using this European oil for over 5 years in 2 vehicles. Had no problems and great gas mileage. I have used Amsoil for 28 years and will not use any other oil. Never in all those years had I had a oil related problem and used extended drain.
