EAO17 Too small for a 2020 L5P 3500 Chevy Silverado

I ordered an oil change for my 2020 3500HD Duramax L5P and this is the same filter I use on my 2019 GMC 1500 AT4. The filter is just too small for an HD 3500 Diesel. I opted to keep them for future oil changes on my 1500. I have ordered other brand name oil filters for my Duramax truck. They work great on my half ton gas engine truck.
Bottom Line
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Take a look at the oil filter comparison places like Royalty Auto Service have done by cutting the filter open. While the basic design and bypass appear to be the same as other filters, the media is definitely different and like Amsoil's other products, they are developed on a molecular performance level.
Bottom Line
Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.

AMSOIL Oil Filter far exceed other name brand filters. I prefer using their oil filters than standard OEM filters on my two GM vehicles. The quality is so much better.
