I have a 2016 Ford F350 with a 6.7L diesel engine. I plan to have this truck for a long time. The best way to ensure engine longevity is to use Amsoil products. Between Amsoil Synthetic Diesel Oil and this filter, I can count on the best protection for my engine. I change oil every 15,000 miles.

Used for a 2012 Matrix 2.4, and the filter is the length of the old Toyota 1.6L filters. It fits but it’s deep up there and for this specific application I wouldn’t buy it again as the oil capacity and the amount of filtration media in the oe filter size is better.

I bought a 2008 Ram 2500 6.7L recently. This is my first diesel. Everyone that I have spoken to talks about the quality of Amsoil's products. I decided to become a preferred customer and switch the truck over to Amsoil. I'm on my 3rd oil chicane and I've noticed the oil is staying cleaner, longer between oil changes. Next up is the bypass filter.
I hope this decision gives me hundreds of thousands of miles of life in this truck.
