Amsoil makes a high quality oil filter.

A 20 micron filter is a good filter once the motor oil reaches operating temperature. The human hair is 90 microns. This is why a cold engine should be driven easy, because most of the oil if not all is going through the oil filter bypass. I run Amsoil 20W-50 in my V Twin Harley Davidson with a 30 micron filter, and all is well. The oil reports are saying so from Blackstone Laboratories.

Great price for a top quality oil filter.

I love your filters but I wish they came with explicit instructions. When I removed the old filter it was popped into the cylinder and not the cap, so thought that was the way of it. Unfortunately and oil leak and 3 days of cleaning undercarriage later figured out you have to pop it into cap first line 2013 Jeep’s. Bummer, cost me a brand new filter and O ring!
