I recently made a purchase and forgot to add my free shipping code, so I E-mailed customer service to see if there was anything they could do,and sure enough they refunded the shipping cost to me. Now that's the kind of people we all like to deal with. Most businesses would have said all sales are final. P.S. they're products are fantastic also.

We bought a used Volvo V70 with over 100k miles. The check engine light was on. the cause appeared to be the variable valve timing system. A very reputable shop pulled it all apart and reset everything to factory specs. they didn't find that the cam timing was wrong. The variable valve timing is actuated using oil pressure through small passages way up in the top of the engine. you could see that the engine had build-up by looking at the oil filler. 100,000k of cheap oil had left deposits and gunk. Now we are on our fourth change using Amsoil and the light is intermittent and even the oil fill area looks cleaner. Years ago Mobil One cured noisy lifters on my 1971 Cutlass. synthetic oil solves problems.

I have over 264,000 miles on my truck and I wouldn’t run anything in it but AMSOIL.

I started using XL 5w30 in my 2001 Silverado a few years ago and only had 89k miles on the clock. I now have 215k miles. No leaks, engine still sounds like a sewing machine.

We have a 2016 Toyota Highlander with the V-6 engine. We bought it new from our local dealer. The did all the Toyota spec maintenance up to 30k miles, including oil changes. I then took over service and switched to the amsoil 0W20 XL oil with Toyota filters. Our highway fuel mileage had been consitantly 24-25 mpg. On that first oil change, it went to 27-28. I thought, road conditions, wind, etc. We now have 45K and driving between 55-65 mph we still get 27-28. Not sure what oil the Toyota dealer was using (supposed to be Toyota synthetic), and if the engine were breaking-in, it would be slowly. We noticed the change on that first oil change! And 15k miles is enough to get a good average mpg. Thank you, Amsoil!!
