The first thing I noticed upon using this filter in conjunction with their ss 5w20 full synthetic, longevity. It took a long time for the oil to progress to change colors. I know this filter did above and beyond because even when it was time to change it out, the oil was just as free flowing as when I first poured it in and no foul odors! Before this, I was using the factory spec Toyota filter. While being a good filter for the 5.7L V8, the switch to the Ea filter definitely proved itself worthy in several areas. Right off the bat, the quality of the Ea filter stands far superior. Then , as previously stated, my oil stayed protected, as well as my engine. Thank you Amsoil!

This filter is for a 2007 Mercedes-Benz C230, and I change it once per year after 25000 miles with Amsoil Signature 0W-40. Motor has no problems after 136000 miles of city driving.

I used this for my F150 and works great. The filters is sealed with a plastic to prevent any dust or dirt from getting in while shipping. The is the best filter I found with all the research I did and am happy with it.

Went on easy, doesn't leak. Cannot comment much, it has only been installed for a month, but I have no puddles, no idiot lights, and no strange noises, so I assume it is working.

Going by recommendation. Amsoil filters seem well made and so far function EXQUISITELY. I have been using them for over 15 years. I have no clue why, but read the specs and maybe it makes sense why motors last 250k miles with Amsoil lubricants and filters. I buy for a jeep, 2 Suburbans, and a Jaguar. I’d buy for my vintage cars as well, but they don’t list my brand.
