To me Amsoil Products #1

First time using this filter as I got it as a gift for my niece who rides a Suzuki GSX-R 600. Can't yet give it 5* rating just yet without opening it up to see how it held up. I can see it has a silicone anti-drainback valve which I definitely want for an engine that kicks out 185 bhp per liter, and the inlet holes and holes in the core let me know oil flow won't be an issue. The 99% filtering efficiency rating suggests some kind of synthetic or synthetic-enhanced filtering media, but the box did not specify. Guess we find that out when we open it ip after the oil change along if there are metal endcaps instead of felt. I'll also give a higher grade for a coil spring over a leaf spring.

If they sell it with 25k mile motor oil I must be good for atleast 10k when I change it. So far so good.

Last couple years I used HKS oil filter. When I opened up the box and I checked the filter high quality I felt great. I will keep using this oil filter.

Their filters are the best on the market.

When I first started buying this oil filter I think it was 20 or $25. Now it's $35, which is way too high.

Buy this filter. It works better than the cheap ones and filters to a smaller micron level. What else is convincing besides science?

I've been using this oil to fix my wife's engine that the dealer said had alot of sludge in it...I've had to change my oil more frequently than I would have liked but I can truly tell the change in the way the vehicle runs

Came quickly and was a perfect fit and I will be buying more and using the same oil and filter

As in my review for the Signature oil, this review is based on my using these filters on a previous car. I bought all this in anticipation of the first oil change where I'll switch to Amsoil. I won't use the 'free' included changes with the manufacturer and their substandard bulk oil and their brand filters.
