Have only had it on my car for 2 months so far so goof

I had only recently (last yr, 2023) started using the 20 micron filter for my F150, however it's been about 2-yrs using it for my F350. I have not done any kind of independent study regarding its ability to perform better than the more standard industry filters, but know it has definitely not done any worse and am a convert regarding the use of a filter at 20microns, knowing that it indeed will keep the oil cleaner than before, when I was using the more common motorcraft filter.

I've used Amsoil filters religiously, until last year, when they became unavailable for an unknown reason. Great filter and I've never had a problem....until unavailable. I was able to get one this year, but apparently still having supply problems because filter for another vehicle was unavailable. I NEVER had this problem the first ten years I used Amsoil. Past 2 years, supply problems suck.

Fit and finish on the filters are great. I like the extended filter change intervals. I would like to see cellophane or some type of plastic wrap to know particles/contaminates are not making it into the clean side of the filter during shipping.

Why not use the best filter when you are using the best oil.

When I switched to Amsoil oil, I also switched to an Amsoil filter and planned to not change the oil and filter for 8,000 miles. I ordered replacement filters in preparation for an extended motorcycle trip of over 12,000 miles this summer. I wanted to have them with me when it was time to change the oil and filter.

filter removed after 1 year usage and new similar one installed for this year.

I like Amsoil products and have used them for many years so I keep buying them

I use these filters on my m/c & have had no issues with them.

Using this filter just make CENTS ! For me, literally, becasue I drive OTR expediting in a RAM PROMASTER 3500, high-roof, extended van across the country. And I want the best protection I can get for my investment. “Pay a little more up front to save a lot more down the road” !!
