I've cut multiple ea and eao filters apart. The build quality is great. A lot of surface area and the media in them are very good.

My wife's car works as described. Wish they would weld a nut on the end of the filter because the Nissan it goes on has a super tight spot and can be a huge pain to get a filter wrench on it. Would make it way easier to change

I've been using Amsoil products for many years. They allow my cars to achieve their maximum efficiency and longevity. Now mechanical issues are not the problem for longevity, but the computer and electronics are.

My Suzuki King Quad 700 specs. requires oil filter be turned 2 complete rotations once seal touches. Apparently, Amsoil does not sell filter wrench adapter for this filter. Tighten by hand/using filter band wrench causes sides to cave in slightly. OEM Suzuki filter housing is much sturdier. Contacted Amsoil tech support with these issues months ago. No response.

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I've used Amsoil in everything from outboard motors to Jeeps, cars, trucks and motorcycles. The motorcycles and Jeeps get very hot when running off-road and Amsoil never fails to maintain excellent lubrication and low crankcase temperatures. I appreciate being able to hear consistent motor sounds when running off-road with extreme temperatures and torque.
