At the same intervals with other oil filters using the AMSOIL oil filter my discarded oil seems to be much cleaner!

These products are great but are severely lacking instructions. There was an extra gasket I had no idea where it went. There was zero instruction, in the packaging or online anywhere. YouTube? Nope. I’ve never dealt with a cartridge style oil filter before - So had no idea about the spring-loaded release for the oil inside the filter.
Include instructions so we know where everything goes.
Other than that, it’s a great product.

For the extended oil change that I do with the signature series oil, you need to use a hight quality oil filter. One that continues to preform for 12,000 miles. I wouldn’t push a standard filter passed 8,000 miles. Amsoil filters is designed for use with their products.
