My engine now idles right where it should and at a stable and steady pace. I did pair this with the AMSOil Oil filter so increased flow rate helps as well.

Great product. Most of the 260,000 miles has been on Amsoil SS. Some on Mobil 1. And some on Valvoline Full Syn. Gets better mpg on Amsoil.
I used to use Royal purple until I did my homework you can't beat amsoil 5w50 for my car feels great

I had just purchase a new Truck and was looking to protect my investment. after looking at 3 party reviews their was no oil that came close to Amsoil testing in all categories. I have a Eco Boost engine and my oil is also use to lubricate the Turbo,s bearings and engine, you need an oil that can take the heat and still provide you protection. Get your motor the Reliability your family needs because they are counting on you.
I have worked for a few small auto shops that sold amsoil. Use as directed is a huge suggestion. The Current test that leads to more of this product; 2005 BMW X5 3.0l. If anyone has owned a BMW you know they sip oil during the change cycle. Its normal. Going from Mobile 1 full synthetic 5w40 to amsoil 5w40 , it consumes less oil in the last 2 oil changes with amsoil. Now, had this been a new fresh engine from the get go? vs a 200,000mi daily driver /commuter unit, things might have been better. Also new to me, 2012 Camaro SS/RS with 120,000mi. First oil change with Amsoil 5w30, so far I see a few deg engine oil temp change (lower) than what ever the dealer that sold me the car had put into it. And this is just going by the gauge set in the car. Only around 1800mi on this oil change, but the car didn't use any or have any leaks. Do I believe in 7500mi, 10,000mi even 20,000mi oil changes? a hard no. If the engine is in good shape, this oil will help keep it in good shape. But all engines do wear out and they all have pros and cons too them no matter who manufactures them. Use a quality oil filter, don't skimp on the filter!!! Check your oil every once in a while, when it starts to get dark on the stick, revisit you mileage when you last changed it... your coming up on a oil change. The camaro with its first oil change under my ownership with amsoil as stated around 1800mi on it and still as clean on the stick as the day I put it in. will see...

Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.

All I use in my vehicles Change once a year I don’t put a lot of miles on my newer truck…, very satisfied customer 👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿
I wish I'd have known about this product when it first came out. Every oil change is cleaning more and more of the gunk out my engine. It's stopped the life long jumping at low speeds after the 2nd or 3rd fluid change!!!!!
