We Transport trailers with our pickup and run only Amsoil in it. Love the extended oil changes, especially since we run so many miles. Because of the ability to run more miles on it, it actually is cheaper to run Amsoil. Wouldn't run anything else!

Mechanics Amazed at inside of engine during gasket repair
A couple of years ago I had my 1998 Chevrolet Silverado in the shop for an intake gasket repair. About mid-day I received a call from the repair shop asking me what kind of oil I ran in the engine. They were amazed as they told me they had never seen an engine so clean inside. I told them I had been running Amsoil in the engine for the past 1.5 years. I had heard of Amsoil for years and talked to a diesel mechanic a few years before and he ran Amsoil in everything he had. I figured if a diesel mechanic ran it in his vehicles, motorcycles, and lawn equipment it was good stuff. I have not been disappointed, I immediately noticed easier cold starts and better gas mileage in my vehicles. With the miles my familiy's vehicles travel, a once a year oil change with the extended life best synthetic oil on the market is a convenient and cost effective solution for ensuring my vehicles engines are protected with great lubrication. And the added bonus of creating less waste for our environment is big for me as well. Convenient online shopping and dependable delivery put my vehicle's lifeblood in my hands within days of ordering it. Love the product and will be using it for years to come. Dale
I have been an AMSOIL user for many years, and as a mechanical engineer know the value of proper lubrication. When you know a company is using the best additives, and the best base stocks for their oil, the choice of where to buy is easy. In the final analysis, AMSOIL is a bargain compared to other brands.
I have used the Signature series oil for years. I like having the protective properties of the oil with extended change intervals. I have one vehicle with over 225,000 miles runs great and uses zero oil between changes.
The day I bought my 2005 F250 4x4 I brought it home and drained the stock oil and refilled with 0W20 amsoil and amsoil oil filter. Since that day my truck has never seen any other oil or filter. My truck is now 13 years old and it runs like the day I bought it. I change my oil once a year no more no less ! ! !
I have tried every synthetic oil over the years. Then I tried Amsoil signature series 5w-20 in my 2017 dodge Ram with the 5.7 hemi.Notice a big difference in smoothness and performance, like pouring a few energy drinks in the engine!!! I change my oil every six months, I wont be close to 25,000 miles but if I go over six months I know the engine will be okay. I have changed my oil with other synthetics that claim they can go 15,000 or one year, I changed mine at 6,500 and it was black and smelled burnt and was already starting to sludge. You won't get that with Amsoil. It cost a little more but it's well worth it !!! If your going to keep your truck or car for a long time Amsoil is the way to go,If you lease every two years don't bother.Give it a try it's THE BEST!!!
I run this oil in my 2011 Land Rover LR4 with a 5.0L that requires synthetic oil. I've had this oil tested at the manufacturer's recommended interval of 7500 miles and there was still some life left in it. The next time I went to 9000 miles and had it tested, this time the oil was no longer good, so I'll stick with Land Rover's recommendation. This is with Land Rover's canister oil filter. Amsoil doesn't make a long life filter for it.

On January 20,18, I purchased a 2008 Dodge Durango w/ a 5.7, 4x4. It had 89,000 miles on it The average mpg was 13.4. I was not impressed, and I don't drive like speed Racer. I do love the truck the power and the ride. I had used mobil one synthetic oil and filters with no change in mpg. So I decided to invest in Amsoil. I went with the recommend 5/20 signature series. I believe go big or go home. My mpg average moved up to 14.5 mpg. I also took a 4 hour each way road trip and got 19.9 mpg at 72 mph. I thought that was good for moving an 7000lb. all wheel drive vechical. Any way I then decided to go all in changing front & rear diff and transfer case. I am now getting an avg mpg of 15.7. where I am now in Ohio it is hilly, so once I return to flat Fla I expect even more improvement. I am a clean oil fanatic, so I installed a oil bypass system. I have 2000 miles on the oil and it still looks like new. Yes bypass system and filters and oil cost a bit but the return on investment is after 25000, If you change your oil every 4-5000 Miles. The cost of Oil & filters saved, and engine wear reduction, pays for itself in no time. I keep my vechical s for a while. My suggestion is to change over to Amsoil signature series oil and 25000 mile filters. Oil is the cheapest thing you do for your vechical, do the best and I also suggest doing the bypass system. You save money in the long run while giving your vechical the best protection out there. I am Looking for a location that will use Amsoil to flush my transmission fluid. Even if I bring it in. Hope you find this interesting and helpful. Christian.
Like all signature series it is the best oil I've used. Amsoil is one of the few oil manufacturers that shows testing results. They also sell testing kits. Their oil is top notch. Mobile 1 annual protection is basically a cheaper version of this. ( as it's not as good) if you want the best protection this is it. It also pays for itself as you can run it longer.

Had my oil changed at a dealership. They showed me some black sticky that came out of the oil pan. I called AMSOIL with my story and they had me send in a sample and some of the oil that drained. They did a thorough check and found that the oil had not failed in any way, some other contaminant apparently fell in while under warranty gasket replacement. Great company that stands behind their products!
