I use 5W-30 signature series in my 2005 Mercury Sable 3.5 liter V-6. I get quick starts in the depth of winter (-10 - 15F) and smooth running in mid summer on the interstates. I would never by choice subject my vehicles to a lesser lubricant series that Amsoil fully synthetic motor oil and transmission fluids.
I use this oil in my 2015 Volvo S60 T-5. The recommended oil is Castrol Professional with an ACEA of A5/B5. I have not been able to purchase this oil even from the dealership (in fact they recommended an off the shelf Castrol oil). Amsoil Signature Series 5w-30 has an ACEA of A5/B5 and I feel it to be a superior oil. Volvo's engines are considered to be long life (million plus miles) I intend to find out with the help of Amsoil

I first started using Amsoil 5W30 on my brand new 1994 Ford Ranger Splash 4.0L on the advice of my uncle who was a dealer at the time. Except for the 4 years I owned a 2004 Saturn Vue 3.5L which used Amsoil Signature Series 5W20, it's all I've used since, and all I'll ever use. It or Amsoil. Here are the vehicles I've used it in, and I advise anyone reading this to use it too. 1978 Ford E150 351W 1994 Ford Ranger Splash 4.0L 1996 Honda Accord 2.2L 1998 Acura 3.5RL 2004 Chevy Trailblazer 4.2L 2003 Saturn Vue 2.2L 2004 Saturn Vue 3.5L (5W20) 2008 Ford Explorer Sport Trac 4.0L 2010 Nissan Altima 2.5 S
I purchased a used 2012 Chevy Volt I did not know what oil had been used may have been dealer oil and filter when I drained out the old oil it came out quickly and very dirty that would explain why the engine may have been on the noisy side. I used the required oil that is recommended and when the engine started there was hardly any noise from the engine and very little vibration. Great oil has been running great since I used Amsoil oil and filter.
Bottom Line
Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.

One of the best Oils on the Market, I have use this product and several others from Amsoil in every motor I own and have never had a failure. From 2 cycle lawn equipment, all my cars, both diesel and gas boat motors everything has been run on Amsoil. Started back when I raced Snowmobiles, and beat all the factory teams.
Bottom Line
Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.

I will be using this from now on in ALL my vehicles.
Learning that most "Conventional" oil lose is caused by consumption (boil off, blow by, clearances ect). I decided to give it a try in my 340K mile Pontiac (45K on a new rebuilt 3.8l HO V6). Not only did the oil lose stop it actually helps cool the engine down better now. Bonny runs smoother. She has always been fast so I do not notice a performance increase. Gas mileage improved. I was getting 17-18 mpg highway. Now I get 22-23 mpg. I get 16 mpg city period. No improvement there. My suspicion in my lead foot has a lot to do with that. At first consumption seemed to be the same. Talking with the local guy he reminded me of the oil cooling lines and oil cooler underneath. That's a full extra quart of conventional right there. Once that boiled off (2 weeks) the oil level stayed constant. I am on my second oil change now. New Amsoil recommended oil filter and new Signature Series 10W-30 Synthetic Motor Oil. Funny thing was that after 15K miles it was still pretty clear. I have 5K on her since this oil change. Still clean on the stick. I became a preferred customer for the savings it offers me and my 9 vehicles. Cutting the oil changes down to 1/4 of what they were makes up for perceived "extra" expenses. the performance and stability of it makes it well worth it. Signature Series 10W-30 Synthetic Motor Oil will be going into the Motor Home next.

Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.

I did an Amsoil flush and used this 0W-20 in my 2012 Acura TL with 45,000 miles on it right away you can hear the little bit of lifter ticking I had went away. Amsoil is amazing and there's no way I would ever use any other oil on any of my vehicles. I would suggest it to anyone and everyone it is simply the best! Andy B
What is there to say other than it is simply the best product available. If you use synthetic, there is no reason not to use the best and Amsoil is simply the best that a non chemist like myself can find. Do not buy the Mobile 1 or other products because they might be cheaper and then depend on them like you would Amsoil. Buy Amsoil, spend the little extra and then have fun without the worry. 2010 Dodge Charger RT, Super R&T, CAI, oil catch can, Flowmaster 50's. Fun, fast, worry free. Use the full syn, 25K mile filters and change at about 10-12K miles religiously. She runs great, 102K mile thus far. Sounds great. Like the ad says, "Just Do It"! Amsoil.
This is the second time I have filled my 2012 Toyota Tundra Crew with 0W-20 synthetic. Even though it takes 2 full gallons for a fill up its well worth the time and cost. This oil only has to be changed out once a year or within an extended driving distance, or hard service. My Tundra does see off road quite often and I've never had a worry about over heating or an other oil related issues. With a long life oil filter and air filter changed at the same time, I only have to change fluids once a year. That's awesome, as I travel quite often as a wounded Veteran, going to WWP events and also using my truck for Team Rubicon disaster relief efforts. The sticker on the window gets the word out, the truck running flawlessly is all the proof I need. I'll keep using it as long as you guys keep making a great product. Thanks SGT. Took a long hard look at using Synthetic Motor Oil Products , back in the middle 90s, and have spent over 30 years in the Air Force I knew what synthetics were about.. And now I only had to figure out what were the best ones to use in my Cars and Trucks.. After about 8 mos of researching Fiction and Fact about Synthetic products, ( They are not all the same, especially the Base Oil ) I settled on AMSOIL for my Oil and Especially Filter Needs .. I feel that the Most important part of using Synthetic products is the OIL Filter, and its Specifications.. Many Filter Manufactures are reluctant to give information on their filters makeup. But you can find it if you dig deep enough and Understand the Testing regime used to make comparisons. AMSOIL has been around longer than anyone when it comes to synthetic oil for your vehicles.. Just go with the Best.

It didn't take long for my order of oil and filters to arrive. I remember placing the order, next thing I knew it was at my door. You don't get service like that anywhere else
