I like how they have the proof behind all of their products and that to a consumer adds trust and value knowing that it truly is protecting their engine in their vehicle
This is a great oil. I am still working out the needed viscosity for my build. This was the recommendation from the Amsoil Tech department and is a great choice! I will be testing the 5W-50 soon and may go with that one for the more oil pressure registering on the gauge.
I was happy to see that my order was shipped quickly ad arrived earlier that promised. The order was complete and came with a useful pair of gloves and a disposable funnel. The oil should be as reliable as advertised and my only doubts are about the filters. The oil filters looked like cheap knock offs to be honest.

Brought this truck new in 2014 every oil change has been with Amsoil Signature Series. Runs great no issues, no lifter problems that many of the 5.3 engines have. Not only do I use Amsoil motor oil in all my internal combustion engines I also use several of their other products which are great.
Had oil and filter changed from Ford Synthetic to AMSOIL. Engine ran smoother by the time I got home (3/4 mi). Went to event 2hrs away next morning. Round trip (4 hrs) saw 2mpg improvement. Phase 1, crankcase, is done. Phase 2: transmission, transfer case, and differentials next. Lastly: coolant, power steering and brake fluids.
Ok, long term review, one of my vehicles is a 2007 Tahoe (5.3L), I started using the Signature Series about 100,000 miles ago after the vehicle already had 150,000 miles on it. Upon the first change I noticed a difference in oil pressure, the dreaded GM cylinder shut off system and lasting longer between changes. It's still running well after 260,000 miles and I have hope for many more miles. I only wish I had started sooner with this product.
It’s a great kit. The 1 gallon containers are great compared to the competitors 5quart. Everything you need with one click. I just started using AMSOIL in my truck this year after using Mobile1 for years. It’s a bit pricey but it’s piece of mind knowing your using the industry best in your engines. I’ve also started using it in Briggs&Stratton home standby generators as the air cooled models can run very hot.
I switched to amsoil after I spun a rod bearing. Right off the bat I noticed lowed oil temps when driving around using the same weight as the past stuff. The car idles smoother than before.
