If you're running a ZF 9-speed transmission, AMSOIL Signature Series ATF (blue cap) is a fantastic upgrade. If you're hesitant to move away from OEM fluid, it's perfectly fine to stick with it. But if you're on the fence — especially if you're tired of rough or inconsistent shifting — this fluid is worth the switch. Not only did it make my vehicle run smoother and shift more confidently, but I trust it to provide long-term protection thanks to its superior formulation.

Swapped from oem ulv to this fluid and the transmission seems to be shifting better. Excited to see how long the fluid holds up. Since the drain and fill I have put on 14,500 miles on the fluid.

I recently used this fluid in a 2014 Audi SQ5 and it’s about the same price as using the ZF fluid and it feels like the transmission shifts a little smoother after the fluid change. I need to pull some more fluid out to get all the fluid change to AMSOIL as I was only able to get out about 4 1/2 quarts for the filter and fluid change. I can’t speak on the fuel efficiency as this car is a stage 2+ tuned with pulley’s full exhaust ported blower and makes about 400 to the wheels so needless to say my foot is always in the gas, but I feel a little bit more confident, knowing that the fluid in the transmission is now the best. This car gets driven very hard and lots of launches so the Transmission definitely needs all the help it can get!

smooth Shifting

I have and will continue to use AMSOIL products.

Bought to help the famous junk ford/chevy 10speed trans. Replaced 2gallons and it definitely helps, shifts better but it would be way better if it was completely changed out. Little pricey to do a flush with amsoil. Definitely happy with amsoil and will continue to keep using it

Works well on my truck

Works as it should installed Banks Pan on transmission and used Amsoil as recommended.

Did a full service on my 7.3 f350. Drain and fill the trans fluid with Amsoil. shifts smooth and confidently. 337k miles going strong. Drives like it's got 50k

My 10L1000 behind my 2020 Duramax shifts so much smoother with this with this fluid vs the factory recommend. I really did not expect such a change. Its awesome!

Last a long time and keeps my transmission clean. Great thermal stability.

I drive a 2018 F150, 5 liter V8 with the 10 speed transmission. 10R80. I have 92000km on my truck and decided i should change my transmission fluid as i had already done my front and rear axles and transfer case with Amsoil. I bought all the oil and parts and had my local Ford dealer do the oil and filter change. My truck definitely shifts much smoother and to my surprise my fuel economy went down!!!!! I was averaging 12.4 liter per hundred KM and now im getting around 11.4 liter per hundred km with no highway driving. Insane! Very happy with my Amsoil ULV ATF fluid.

Had 50k on my Silverado it always shifted hard. Runs cooler shifts smooth after switching over to the Amsoil AFT.

If your looking for a transmission fluid that will keep your transmission better than when it drove off the new car lot then look no further. I don’t know what magic AMSOIL puts in this stuff but my 2009 Nissan Xterra shifts better/ smoother at 177k than when I drove it off the lot with only 5k miles on it. AMSOIL keep up the great work.

Have heard of problems and changed my fluid to the best and changed my filter at 50k.So far no problems.
