I used it on my 2022 RAM just because I did not need to use it but I still wanted to give it a try and see if it would clean up my oil passages to help with the lovely Hemi tick. I never noticed anything regarding that and the oil did not look any different changing the oil with or without this flushing. I feel that if my Truck wasn't maintained as well as it is I am sure that I would notice a difference. I do feel that after using it and installed new oil and filter I did think I noticed a new sound of you will after starting it up for the first time after ising it. The truck is 110% now though and NO HARM WAS DONE. I would recommend this product if your vehicle needs a flush.

Say no more, but this motor flush is perfect; it cleans the motor's internal parts and everything inside.

Used this for the first time, defiantly noticed all kinds of junk come out with the old oil, never seen that with other motor flushes or top treatments. Definitely recommend this product and then using your specific oil from amsoil.

I haven't had the opportunity to open up an engine or transmission yet, and do a before and after on this particular product yet. But if it's as good as everything else Amsoil, I'm sure it's great

What as advertised flushes engines out great! Great for high mileage vehicles with Hydraulic lifters and timing chains.

One must follow directions when using this product, and it works very well.

I use this every oil change.

I had an injector contribution code for injector 3 that kept coming and going with a rough idle that would clear up. I ran the flush last oil change. I’m about due for another oil change and the code and rough idle haven’t come back. Very pleased with the results!

This product is superior to all competing options, but you have to follow the instructions. Works VERY well.

I have a car 2006 that has the AFM (automatic fuel management ) system and AMS Flush seems to have helped with the rough idle & misfires. THANKS for this product, I will be using it again.
