Reason for Amsoil over HD oil, HD has one oil for engine/transmission and primary drive, I do not agree that one oil can cover three components. Amsoil offers separate oil for each component which mirrors my belief of separate oils. I am totally pleased with my decision to use Amsoil, engine, transmission and primary are all operating much better. I made a second purchase for my Subaru Forester; oil not changed to date but will be in the near future.
