Have used the Wix filter, which is good, but the o-ring is slightly looser. Once, it rolled out of position when the oil filter housing was screwed in (Toyota). This caused a huge oil leak. The red Amsoil o-ring is nice and tight and I have never had a problem with them. Highly recommended.

Simple is the best description I can think of. AMSOIL thought of everything when it came to oil changes. Ordering the kit makes it easier and includes everything you need and more.

Although this filter works perfectly fine for my vehicle, a larger capacity filter for the Subaru 4 cylinder Outback with a mileage rating to match the Amsoil motor oil being used.

You know, if you use Amsoil, you should definitely use an Amsoil oil filter!!!
