My oil samples have come back looking good on my 348k+ 7.3l powerstroke. The numbers say that the amsoil filter is 98.7% efficient at 20 microns while the Motorcraft filter is only 80% at 20 microns. Even with the exceptional filter numbers, in my opinion, a bypass filter from Amsoil is recommended.

Have used Amsoil filters for many years and no complaints or concerns using this one.

I run Amsoil filters on every engine that uses a filter. I only wish they made one for my 3.0 liter Duramax diesel engine in my 1/2 ton truck.
