I use this in my 2013 subaru wrx with built ej2.5l with outfront motorsports forged pistons built block . Been amazing oil for this built engine. Change every 3000 . Still looks good. 40,000 miles on build using same oil!

I use this oil an average of 20,000 between changes always changing the filter and fresh oil each time dealer wants you to change it every 6000 miles the router of mind. My last oil change cost me $300 believe it or not they charge me $4.75 a quart to install my own oil. Then they charge the audacity to charge me $100 to replace and change my fuel filter which I brought my own I own my own filter and my own fuel filter. These people are out of their mind with these kind of charges $229 an hour to service a vehicle just $229 an hour just to look at the damn thing#Warranty problems are an issue no matter what you get it done you do it yourself or you get them to do it the bastards will find some reason not to cover it

Bought this for my 86 Westfalia. Van has 216000 miles on it and keeps running. No lifter noise and no low oil pressure. Great product!

I've been using Amsoil 10w-40 with zinc, in my turbo charged Subaru for almost 20 years. I have an upgraded oiling system and track the car around 3 days a month. I've never had an issue with my engine. Great compression and my engine doesn't burn any oil. Of course, it helps that my tuner is awesome as well. Thanks Amsoil!

very good product

Got a new JD X590 and used this 10w40 at 18 hrs. of engine use to get the break-in oil changed. Going to use this Amsoil synthetic from here on out even though I have never had a engine failure from using Penzoil Platinum. I'm at 30 hrs of engine use now so time will tell.

I was specifically looking for a 10w40 grade which is hard to find nowadays, especially in a 100% synthetic. And Amsoil is the only one I can find offered in that grade at a competitive price! Thank you Amsoil!

I truly appreciate how my purchase was secured within the box. It's been a great oil for me to put in my classic cars.

So I have owned and operated a lawn service company since 1986. 2 years ago I had a machine with a 35 horsepower Kohler engine. And the governor gear on the engine broke. And we were probably 200 yards from the truck. And when this gear broke the RPMs went through the roof. Got the machine to the mechanic. And he said usually an engine will blow pretty quick when this happens. But not with this Amsoil 20w50. The engine held together. And we're still using the machine.

The higher zinc content is good for my C4 Corvette ZR-1.

this oil is the best for my dune buggy with the tropical Florida temperatures.. a modified Volkswagon Beetle engine at 2291cc, the zinc does a great job and the engine doesn't heat up… the best oil in the world

I started using AMS OIL back in 1996. I began using this oil in my race bikes. No street bikes. These are fully built 16,000rpm race bikes. Daytona, Moroso, Homestead and N. Jennings. I never once lost an engine in a entire decade. Now I still use AMS OIL in my 600hp Turbo Honda Civic. I mean this kindly. Dont be cheap. Use the best
